Accompaniment set up by the FAE of an SME operating in Geneva for 40 years. This accompaniment started in 2019 and was financed by the FAE. It continues to this day, as the managers have decided to renew the mandate of Orphée Consulting.

This mission was organized in three phases: The first phase consisted of drawing up an audit report enabling FAE to decide on the continuity of the assistance provided. In order to draw up this report, a study, an analysis and security tools were put in place in close collaboration with the teams on site and with the management. Once the financing was obtained, a 12-month accompaniment followed to consolidate the management tools, the quarterly analysis of the results, the definition of the strategy and budgets as well as an individual accompaniment of the company director. After this one and a half year period, the company renewed its confidence in Orphée consulting. Today, the aim is to support the company in its strategic and financial management. Analysis of the results with the management, support during meetings with banks, recommendations and alert levers.
