The challenge for Orphée Consulting was to understand the entire geopolitical, environmental and economic environment in order to measure the potential of the operation.

The mandate was carried out in three phases:

  • Study of all the data beforehand from Geneva.
  • Mission on site
  • Synthesis, writing, analysis and recommendations.

Realization of a strategic diagnosis with the study of the competitive positioning of the clinic, macro and SWOT analysis.

On site: measurement, identification, clarification, questioning, validation of all our analyses and understanding of the environment of the operation have regulated our days.

Meeting with decision-makers and key actors of the company, as well as with partners.

Analysis of the resources and their optimization, realization of an audit of the various activities of the clinic and elaboration of the various budgetary scenarios in view of the valorization of the company.

Deliverables: the valuation audit report, a list of recommendations, and a presentation file of the company's key figures.
